SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Prices, discounts, and promotions are exclusive of applicable shipping charges and taxes.
- Flat Rate and Free Shipping offers are for weekday delivery ground shipping within the continental U.S. Offer not valid for delivery to Post Office Boxes.
- Flat Rate and Free Shipping are only valid on orders being shipped to a single address.
- Ground Shipping typically requires 2 to 7 days for delivery.
- Items may vary and are subject to availability, delivery rules, and times.
- Offers cannot be combined, are not available on all products, and may be subject to restrictions and limitations.
- Upgraded shipping options are available for an additional fee.
- Shipping Terms and Rates may change at any time.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
High volume seasons or postal service problems outside of our control can cause delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer shipping beyond the U.S. We fully intend to offer our games beyond the U.S. so check back often for updates.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@swoop-cards.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
